Articuler temps professionnels et familiaux pour les détenues : ouverture d'une crèche à la prison de Fleury-Mérogis

Fleury-Mérogis, plus grande prison d'Europe (4 000 détenus dont 300 femmes) innove en ouvrant, en partenariat avec la mairie, le Conseil départemental et la Caisse d'allocations familiale, une crèche interne pour les enfants des détenues.

Les conditions de la réinsertion socioprofessionnelle des détenus en France

Bien qu'inscrite dans la loi du 22 juin 1987 relative au service public pénitentiaire, la mission d'insertion des personnes détenues reste encore insuffisamment prise en compte, et les résultats sont peu probants. Les orientations tracées par le Conseil économique et social portent tant sur l'amélioration des conditions générales de détention pour favoriser l'accès des détenus à l'éducation, à la formation et au travail que sur le renforcement des dispositifs de préparaion à la sortie et de suivi post-carcéral. Accompagner les détenus et les détenues dans leur accès aux droits sociaux, pendant et à la sortie de prison

Le nombre de personnes détenues dans les prisons françaises a atteint un niveau inégalé : 70 337 personnes incarcérées au 1er avril 2018 (dont 21 000 en attente de jugement), pour 60 000 places opérationnelles.
