How leading colleges are improving the attainment of high-value degrees

In this report, Mark Schneider and Kim Clark evaluate institution-level practices aimed at improving college completion rates. Through their research, they identified more than 600 “failure factories”—schools that graduate less than a third of their students within six years, producing alumni who often struggle in the job market.
