Services provided by the Prefecture, the CAF (French Family Allowance Fund), student mutual insurance companies, public transport, students’ associations and banks (assistance in opening an account). Information on everyday life. Events (encounters, visits, forums). The “Accueil & Titres de séjour” (Reception and Residence Permit) desk is only open at the beginning of the academic year for students, by appointment only, but throughout the year for PhD students.
