Eastern Partnership: Council of Europe and EU present joint project results

The Council of Europe and the European Union have presented results for their joint projects in the six Eastern Partnership countries:  Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus.
