Formal Lifelong E-Learning for Employability and Job Stability During Turbulent Times in Spain

In recent decades, international organizations have developed initiatives that incorporate lifelong learning as a tool to increase the employability of citizens. In this context, the goal of this research is to test the influence of formal e-learning on estimating employment status.
