Murdoch Enterprise Agreement Terminated, Decision Shows Employment Laws Broken

The Fair Work Commission has today delivered a decision terminating the Murdoch University Enterprise Agreement from 26 September 2017.
The decision by Commissioner Williams to terminate the collective agreement that covers over 3000 employees at the Western Australia-based university is extremely disappointing but not unexpected.
