Main assignments

• The ESPE with its components, the UHA and the Rectory - organises and ensures initial training for students aiming for careers in teaching and education, for teachers and trainees, undergraduates (pre-vocational) to masters, under the guidelines laid down by the State;
• It takes part in disciplinary and educational research;
• It organises training activities for teaching staff in primary and secondary education and for other education personnel.
• It takes part in international cooperation schemes.

Other assignments

• It is able to lead training activities for other professions in training and education;
