Administrative cooperation with Gabon

The DGAFP carried out an “exploratory” mission in Libreville on November 16-18. The Gabonese ministry for civil service and administrative reform called the DGAFP for supporting its process of human resources modernization. The visit to Libreville was an opportunity to meet and exchange with several minister’s advisers, some officials from the Gabonese Directorate general for civil service and from the School of preparation for administrative careers. During the visit, the topics of cooperation for the next few years have been identified: individual performance appraisal, modernization of the social dialogue, pension legal framework, and training of middle management.
