Top management and mobility issues on EUPAN’s agenda

France, represented by the DGAFP, participated on 28 and 29 April 2016 at a working group level meeting of the European Public Administration Network - EUPAN, currently under the Dutch Presidency. Many issues such as top management, mobility, organization and coordination and open government were addressed during these two days.
