Commissioner Moedas discusses research policy with EUA Council

The presidents of 33 national rectors’ conferences met at the EUA Council for a policy dialogue with European Commissioner Carlos Moedas, President Markku Markkula of the Committee of the Regions, and Luke Georghiou, Vice-President for research at the University of Manchester and member of RISE (the Research, Innovation and Science Policy Experts High-Level Group of the European Commission).
