Carleton University must acknowledge rape culture

These are the three little words that administrators at Carleton University are having such trouble including in their sexual violence policy. The university, like all other Ontario universities and colleges, is responsible for writing the stand-alone sexual violence policy before January, in compliance with the Sexual Violence and Workplace Harassment Action Plan, also known as Bill 132.
