The workshop was opened by Bulgaria's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Education and Science, Meglena Kuneva, together with European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, Tibor Navracsics, and the Vice-President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Cristian Popa.
