Five key points from the HE white paper

It started as a Green Paper in November 2015, asking for the views of the Higher Education sector on the next steps for reform. Then in May 2016, the White Paper was published setting out decisions on market entry reform in England, changes to sector infrastructure and changes to the research funding landscape.
