Inspiring practice number 6 - HTW Berlin and the Campus Refugee Help Movement
History takes a while to happen, and then quite some time to figure out. On the refugee crisis, Europe is still years and years from the rear view mirror stage.
This week we look at the students of the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin (HTW Berlin) who certainly contribute to history. Through the flagship project of their own initiative called "HTW Is Helping!", students have been supporting refugees for several months already with the support of Welcome, a national scheme set up by Germany’s Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
