Analytical Insights on the Position, Challenges, and Potential for Promoting OER in ODeL Institutions in Africa

This paper shares analytical insights on the position, challenges and potential for promoting Open Educational Resources (OER) in African Open Distance and eLearning (ODeL) institutions.
