From 20-22 January 2016, education, literacy and basic skills’ experts from more than twenty-eight European countries and representatives of international agencies will, at a conference in Amsterdam, discuss literacy in Europe. The conference, the last of a series, is organized by the European Literacy Policy Network (ELINET), and will have at its centre the adoption of the Declaration of Literacy Rights of European Citizens.
