'Manifesto for the Humanities'

Politicians seem focused on job training. In this environment, one might expect a book from a noted humanities scholar to be sounding the alarm. But the subtitle of Manifesto for the Humanities: Transforming Doctoral Education in Good Enough Times (University of Michigan Press) suggests that this is not a call to the barricades. Read more...
