INDICATORS - Developing and testing Indicators for monitoring and measuring stakeholder organisations in Learning Cities

This project proposes to develop and test Lifelong Learning indicators to help stakeholder organisations and Learning Cities and Regions measure and monitor progress and performance. The stakeholders include Schools, Universities, Adult Education Organisations, Teacher Training Institutions and Local Government itself.
