Distinctive Excellence in Polytechnic Universities

My prior post in this Higher Ed Beta column took a look backwards look at the historical development of Polytechnic Universities and a look forward to some new ways for strategically repositioning our evolving polytechnic universities as a special kind of university with their own distinctive excellence.
