International businesses support HE institutions

Two giant international businesses are supporting higher education institutions through agreements between the Total oil company and the government of the Republic of the Congo (also known as Congo-Brazzaville), and the Chinese telecommunications firm Huawei with a Tunisian university specialising in communications.
Through its subsidiaries Total E&P Congo and Total Congo SA, France-based Total has signed two accords, reported Agence D’Information D’Afrique Centrale, or Adiac, of Brazzaville. Read more...
