Higher education top priority: AJK Minister

Brilliant MUST students to be sent abroad for PhD. AJK Minister for Higher Education and Colleges Matloob Hussain Inqlabi has said that the higher education is among the top priorities of the state government as it has been strives for quality education across the liberated territory.
