Before Mobility - Clarify Validation and Recognition

The purpose of applying ECVET for mobility in VET is to facilitate credit transfer from one learning environment to another. That is, learning achievements abroad should be recognised in the home country as part of the intended qualification. Before mobility, it must be agreed under which conditions the learning outcomes acquired abroad can be accepted as either part of the intended qualification or as an addition to it. This could mean, for example, that learners do not have to retake an examination or catch up on periods of learning. More...
