For the $15 billion international education industry, there has always been an abundance of ministers, departments and agencies claiming a piece of the action. For the new federal government there is now an opportunity to forge seamless co-ordination of government policy and programs. An ongoing international education co-ordinating council may be the best way to achieve this.
