Collaborative Networks are crucial to improve higher education in Somaliland

Higher education and research in Somaliland have largely been neglected internally. If Somaliland is to join the continental & global knowledge community as an equal partner, it must revolutionize its research, education and training systems. This does not simply mean as Ministry of education in Somaliland believes taking money from Aid Agencies, INGO’s and pumping money into individual institutions with a bias and nepotism.
