Student Welfare Service warns of poor study conditions

As universities once again brace themselves for huge numbers of first-year students, the German Student Welfare Service (DSW) has warned that studying itself is becoming increasingly difficult. There is mounting concern about overcrowding, lack of accommodation and the impact of the Bologna reforms.
