Knowledge, Information, Learning, Training and Skills (KILTS)

KILTS aims to:
- Respond to workplace learning needs through the provision of Continuing Professional Development and work-based learning opportunities;
- Provide a forum for the development, exchange and dissemination of good practice in Continuing Professional Development within Scottish Higher Education Institutions;
- Represent, either directly or through SUALL, the interests of Continuing Professional Development providers within Higher Education and to the Funding Authorities;
- Through SUALL, to respond to government papers and other public documents on behalf of the community of CPD providers;
- Facilitate communication, liaison and collaboration with other bodies and organisations in the field of Continuing Professional Development.
