NTEU signs open letter opposing foreign influence legislation

NTEU today signed an open letter, along with other unions and a very broad spectrum of over 200 environmental, religious, cultural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and ethnic civil society organisations and charities, disputing the Coalition Government’s argument that the intention of the Bills is to stop foreign interference in the Australian electoral process and national security. Parution de l'avant-projet de la loi "Liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel"

carif espace-compétencesLa version définitive de l’avant-projet de loi pour la "liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel" a été transmise au Conseil d’État le 5 avril 2018 après une semaine consacrée aux derniers arbitrages interministériels notamment sur les questions financières. Constitué de 67 articles répartis sur 108 pages ce texte porte, comme attendu, les réformes de la formation professionnelle, de l’apprentissage et de la certification professionnelle ainsi que des dispositions relatives à l’assurance chômage. Il comprend également des dispositions relatives au travail détaché, à l’entreprise inclusive, à l’égalité professionnelle et à la fonction publique.
