Au Royaume-Uni, les employeurs ont globalement toujours préféré éviter d’avoir des syndicats dans l’entreprise. Ils ont ainsi établi des listes noires – ou blacklists – de militants qu’ils déconseillaient de recruter aux autres entreprises de la région, contraignant les militants victimes de ces pratiques à changer de ville ou de métier pour trouver un emploi.
