- 2 sections ne souhaitent pas mettre en œuvre en 2017, mais étudieront les dossiers reçus (23, 35) ;
- 27 sections ne mettront pas en œuvre la procédure en 2017 (01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 64, 70, 71, 72, 73)
- 3 sections sont en attente de décision (05, 27, 29)
