Kit pratique de l'UDES pour accompagner les emplois d’avenir
L'UDES a développé un kit pratique à destination des employeurs de l’économie sociale et solidaire (ESS) engagés dans l’accompagnement des personnes en emploi d’avenir.
Composé de fiches pratiques (Check list intégration, la fonction du tuteur, une grille d'autopositionnement sur les compétences…), cet outil à vocation opérationnelle est mobilisable par toutes les branches et structures du secteur.
