Strasbourg: Une antenne de la préfecture facilite les démarches administratives des étudiants étrangers

Les étudiants étrangers de l'université de Strasbourg (Unistra), et notamment ceux venant de pays hors Union européenne, soumis à l'obligation de détenir une carte de séjour, n'ont pas besoin de quitter le campus pour monter leur dossier administratif.
L'université de Strasbourg et la préfecture du Bas-Rhin et de l'Alsace ont en effet ouvert une antenne des services de l'Etat à l'Agora de l'université, dans le bâtiment Le Platane sur le campus central. Un système qui reste encore peu développé en France et qui, à Strasbourg, permet de délivrer environ 4.000 titres de séjours par an. Voir l'article...
