Les arrivées de mineurs isolés étrangers, arrivés en France sans famille, ont explosé en 2015. Alors qu'ils étaient au moins 4 000 pris en charge par les conseils départementaux français en 2010, ils devraient être 25 000 à la fin de l'année 2017.
