Où placer le curseur entre ‘’valorisation’’ et ’’diffusion’’ ? » En 2012, la Direction Générale pour la Recherche et l’Innovation (DGRI) s’interroge sur la situation des éditeurs scientifiques institutionnels, membres de l’AEDRES. Dans un courrier adressé à Jean-Michel Henny, elle formule alors le souhait suivant : disposer d’une « approche qualitative et prospective » du sujet.
