L'Etat a proposé aux Régions volontaires de mettre en œuvre conjointement et de financer à parité, un dispositif régional de développement économique dans le cadre du PIA III (Voir notre info). La Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine a décidé de participer à ce programme co-piloté par l'Etat et la Région.

La délégation patronale a transmis le premier projet d'accord partiel sur la formation professionnelle. Parmi les points clefs, la fin des listes éligibles, le renforcement du rôle des observatoires de branche et de régions ainsi qu'une nouvelle définition de l'action de formation. 
Pour un diplôme donné de l’enseignement supérieur, il existe plusieurs débouchés. En fonction de la situation de handicap de l'étudiant, il pourra accéder au métier souhaité grâce à un aménagement de poste. Seul le médecin du travail, au moment de l’embauche, peut autoriser une personne à travailler sur un poste. Il délivre "l’aptitude au poste de travail". Cette aptitude dépend du poste, celui-ci pouvant faire l’objet d’aménagements particuliers. Il est donc difficile, voire impossible, de fixer a priori des restrictions en fonction du handicap.
