Expérimentation, frais d'inscription, sélection : quelle université en 2020 ?

Après le colloque organisé en partenariat avec AEF le 6 octobre 2015, Thierry Pech, directeur général de Terra Nova, et Laurent Bigorgne, directeur général de l'Institut Montaigne, reviennent pour AEF sur l’enjeu crucial, selon eux, de l’autonomie des établissements et plaident pour la diversité des modèles d’université, de leur gouvernance et la différenciation des parcours de formation. Terra Nova souhaite un "État régulateur" tandis que Laurent Bigorgne s’interroge sur la nécessité même d’un ministère. Les deux Think Tanks se retrouvent pour réclamer plus de moyens à l’État, condition pour amorcer une augmentation "modérée" des frais d’inscription. Ils souhaitent également plus de stabilité mais prônent, pour faire évoluer le système, le droit à l'expérimentation.
