Partenariat inédit pour l'accès à des étudiants normands au statut d'entrepreneur-salarié
L'EM Normandie et Créacoop 14, coopérative d'activités et d'emplois (CAE), signent un partenariat inédit en France, offrant la possibilité aux étudiants de l'école candidats à la création d'entreprise d'accéder au statut d'entrepreneur-salarié. Ils peuvent développer leur activité sans créer d'entreprise, tout en bénéficiant d'un statut de salarié en CDI et d'un cadre juridique, comptable et social sécurisant leur avenir.
Depuis la rentrée 2016, les étudiants de l'incubateur-école InsIDE peuvent intégrer Créacoop 14, quel que soit leur campus d'affectation (Caen, Le Havre, Paris, Oxford). Pendant les six premiers mois, ils bénéficient d'un Contrat d'Appui au Projet d'Entreprise (CAPE) pour travailler sur leurs projets. Si les indicateurs sont positifs, ils signent ensuite un contrat de travail en CDI leur conférant le statut d'entrepreneur-salarié et disposent de 30 mois pour aboutir, le cas échéant, à la création de leur startup. Les regroupements d’établissements ont été initiés par la loi de 2013 sur l’enseignement supérieur et la recherche. Aujourd’hui, près de 200 établissements sont concernés, que ce soit sous la forme d’une communauté d’universités et établissements (Comue) ou d’une association. Cette recomposition du paysage de l’enseignement supérieur concerne 1 690 000 étudiants à la rentrée 2015, soit plus des deux tiers de l’ensemble des étudiants.
