L'écart du coût horaire de la main-d'oeuvre entre la France et l'Allemagne baisse. Il est actuellement de 2,30 euros, son niveau le plus bas depuis des années. En 2012, il était de 3,90 euros et en 2016, 2,90 euros. Le coût horaire en France en 2017 est de 36,80 euros pour 34,5 euros en Allemagne.
