Le Times Higher Education a reprise l’idée sous le nom d’Alma Mater Index. Son édition 2017 donne sans surprise la victoire à Harvard devant Stanford mais ce sont deux grandes écoles françaises, HEC (12 CEO) et l’Ecole polytechnique (11 CEO), qui suivent alors que trois autres grandes écoles sont encore classées dans le top 15 : Mines ParisTech (10ème), l’ENA (11ème) et l’Insead (13ème).
