Le programme de bourses Eiffel est un outil développé par le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Développement international afin de permettre aux établissements français d’enseignement supérieur d’attirer les meilleurs étudiants étrangers dans des formations diplômantes de niveau master et en doctorat.
Il permet de former les futurs décideurs étrangers, des secteurs privé et public, dans les domaines d’études prioritaires, et de stimuler les candidatures d’étudiants originaires de pays émergents pour le niveau master et de pays émergents et industrialisés pour le niveau doctorat. The European Research Council (ERC) has opened the next competition for its Consolidator Grants. More than 600 million Euro is earmarked for an estimated 335 grants. The deadline for submission of research proposals is 2 February 2016.

The Australian government has committed to improving educational mobility and has been working to increase funding, develop international partnerships, and support exchange programs for students in higher education. Last month, Senator Richard Colbeck, Minister for Tourism and International Education, announced that the Australian government would be releasing A$8.3million to fund Endeavor Mobility Grants (EMG).
