Les universités numériques thématiques - Rapport n° 2016-032 - Mai 2016
Ce rapport évoque dans un premier temps les réponses à apporter aux critiques adressées aux universités numériques thématiques (U.N.T.) en examinant si leur triple postulat de naissance gardait sa pertinence, à savoir la nécessité d’une impulsion nationale pour le développement des équipements et usages du numérique, la légitimité d’opérateurs délégués par discipline, une mission principale de production de ressources très variées. Dans un second temps, il aborde les évolutions profondes que doivent maintenant assumer les U.N.T. et les deux conditions, ne dépendant pas d’elles, pour que leur action soit pleinement efficace : la clarification du rôle que l’État entend proposer aux UNT par rapport aux autres acteurs intervenant dans le numérique pédagogique et le soutien du ministère et des établissements aux politiques d’innovation pédagogique et à leurs prescripteurs, les enseignants-chercheurs.
