Réalisé par la DGAFP ce guide dresse un tour d'horizon de la fonction publique (définition, fondements, statut, droits et devoirs, catégories, modalités de recrutement, évolution de carrière, représentativité, retraite, recrutement des jeunes) et rassemble des fiches pratiques regroupant des informations sur le recrutement dans la fonction publique, un répertoire des adresses utiles pour guider les candidats dans leurs démarches et un questions/réponses.

Le Conseil régional a débattu de ses orientations budgétaires lors de sa session du 13 avril 2016. Il adoptera son budget 2016 en mai prochain. Pour créer les conditions favorables à la croissance des entreprises et au développement de leur performance économique, le Conseil régional ALPC a voté le 13 avril 2016 la création d’une agence régionale de développement et d’innovation (ADIALPC). Cette nouvelle structure unifiée sera issue des agences existantes dans les 3 ex-Régions : Aquitaine Développement Innovation pour l’Aquitaine, Limousin Expansion pour le Limousin et l’Agence Régionale de l’Innovation pour Poitou-Charentes. Pour rester compétitif, l'enjeu est aujourd'hui de digitaliser efficacement une activité de formation principalement basée sur le présentiel.
