Apprendre tout au long de sa vie en faisant évoluer sa carrière

Mobilité professionnelle, formation, évolution des missions, etc. : que ce soit pour poser un œil neuf sur sa pratique, la partager avec d'autres ou assumer des responsabilités nouvelles, on peut, quand on est enseignant, donner un autre sens à sa carrière en accédant à des missions complémentaires (professeur principal d'une classe, membre du conseil pédagogique de l'établissement, responsable d'un dispositif pédagogique, référent pour un champ d'action particulier - par exemple le numérique ou le décrochage scolaire, etc.) ou à de nouvelles fonctions.
Les opportunités d'évolution de carrière sont nombreuses : changer de niveau ou de type d'établissement, accompagner de jeunes professeurs par le tutorat, assurer la formation d'enseignants, devenir inspecteur ou chef d'établissement, etc. Voir l'article...

From Visiting to Adjunct
