Transparence des qualifications en Europe

Commission Nationale de la Certification Professionnelle

Depuis la signature du premier traité instituant la Communauté européenne le principe de " l'abolition, entre les états membres, des obstacles à la libre circulation des personnes " (article 3) a été établi. Sa mise en œuvre a ainsi donné lieu à de multiples directives et recommandations. Ce principe prend appui sur la qualification des personnes. La question de la reconnaissance de la qualification renvoie, en général, à la possession de diplômes titres ou certificats (ou certifications), mais aussi, à l'attestation d'une expérience personnelle ou professionnelle probante.

Vous avez un projet de mobilité à l'étranger et vous cherchez des supports de lisibilité. Pour favoriser la lisibilité de vos acquis, 5 supports Europass ont été mis au point dans le cadre d'Europass.

Tous ces documents peuvent être regroupés dans le Passeport Européen de Compétences

Ce dossier électronique qui  peut  contenir non seulement  les documents Europass  mais aussi tous types de documents que vous jugez utiles pour prouver les compétences énumérés dans votre CV : attestation d'emploi; lettres de recommandation, diplômes…En regroupant et en rassemblant ainsi toutes vos compétences et qualifications vous disposerez d’un document unique pour présenter de la façon la plus claire et la plus compréhensible votre parcours.

Si vous le désirez, vous pouvez obtenir également le portfolio Europass (chemise cartonnées officielle de la Commission) pour insérer votre supplément au certificat .
