Le bilan social du ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de l'Innnovation 2017-2018 dresse un portrait de l’ensemble des personnels, enseignants et autres personnels de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche. Ces personnels exerçent leurs fonctions dans les établissements d’enseignement supérieur, au sein du réseau des œuvres universitaires et scolaires ou dans les directions de l’administration centrale en charge de l’enseignement supérieur, ainsi que les personnels de la recherche en exercice au sein des établissements publics à caractère scientifique et technologique (E.P.S.T.).
