CNFPT - Professionnels territoriaux de santé

Retour à l'accueilTous les professionnels territoriaux ont l'obligation de participer à un programme de développement professionnel continu (DPC). Ce dispositif de formation a été créé par la loi Hôpital, patients, santé et territoires dite « HPST » en juillet 2009 et adapté par la loi de Modernisation de notre système de santé en 2016. Il est effectif depuis le 1er janvier 2013. Cette obligation individuelle et annuelle de formation a pour objectif de contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité et de la sécurité des soins.
Le CNFPT est enregistré auprès de l'Agence nationale du développement professionnel continu (ANDPC) pour délivrer des formations DPC aux professionnels territoriaux (depuis le 1er janvier 2013) et aux sages-femmes et professions paramédicales depuis le 28 mai 2014.
Les programmes de DPC du CNFPT :
- sont conformes à une orientation nationale ou à une orientation régionale de développement professionnel continu ;
- appliquent les méthodes et modalités validées par la Haute Autorité de santé ;
- sont animés par des intervenants ayant signé une déclaration de non conflit d'intérêt ;
