Nouvelle classification des certifications en 8 niveaux de qualification
Le niveau 1 correspond à la maîtrise des savoirs de base.Le niveau 2 atteste la capacité à effectuer des activités simples et résoudre des problèmes courants à l'aide de règles et d'outils simples en mobilisant des savoir-faire professionnels dans un contexte structuré.
Le niveau 3 correspond à l'ancien niveau V (CAP)
Le niveau 4 correspond à l'ancien niveau IV (Bac)
Le niveau 5 correspond à l'ancien niveau III (Bac + 2)
Le niveau 6 correspond à l'ancien niveau II (licence)
Le niveau 7 correspond au niveau d'un master
Le niveau 8 correspond au niveau d'un doctorat.
Cette nouvelle classification s'applique immédiatement aux certifications enregistrées au RNCP, sauf pour les CQP enregistrés sans niveau, au 1er janvier 2019 (jusqu'à l'échéance de leur enregistrement) et pour les certifications de niveau I antérieur qui seront classées aux niveaux 7 ou 8 d'ici au 1er janvier 2020.

Norway: foreign qualifications recognition
The Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in education (NOKUT) has started recognising foreign vocational education and training (VET) certificates and diplomas, as of the end of 2016. These certificates are assessed according to scope, level and content of comparable Norwegian trade and journeyman certificates at NQF level 4.
