Anticipar los cambios económicos y las evoluciones de las profesiones y las competencias constituye un desafío fundamental. En las regiones, la conducción y la orientación de la oferta de formación se alimentan cada vez más de los procedimientos de prospectiva de profesiones y calificaciones (PMQ). Más allá de los elementos de encuadre que proporcionan, son una herramienta al servicio de la concertación en un ámbito en el que la gobernancia se reparte entre diferentes actores.

Advancing the UN Goals: Leadership in the Post-2015 World

The event, organized by the Sant Pau Knowledge Center in collaboration with the International Leadership Association, discussed how participants can engage others leaders and institutions at this new scenario of the 2030 Agenda. International organizations with its offices at the Sant Pau Art Noveau Site such as GUNi, UN-Habitat, the European Forest Institute and the UNU-GCM were present at the event. See more...

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is approved by unanimity by the UN member states

Under the title “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” this new blueprint was launched in order to overcome global challenges especially regarding the end of poverty in all its forms and dimensions until 2030. GUNi collaborates in the organization of the International Conference 'The Contribution of HE on the United Nations 2030 Agenda’

http://www.guninetwork.org/sites/all/themes/guninetwork_html5/logo.pngGUNi, together with ACUP (The Catalan Association of Public Universities), will collaborate in the organization of the International Conference 'The Contribution of HE on the United Nations 2030 Agenda’, which is led by the International Association of Universities (IAU) and the Jaume Bofill Foundation. The event will be held on 8 and 9 October at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site and will have various sessions and workshops. During those days, participants will have the opportunity to discuss about the role of Higher Education at the educational international agenda and will help to define specific actions to be developed in order to achieve the goals adopted by the United Nations (UN). Literacy and Sustainable - Societies Translating the ‘2030 Vision of Literacy’ into action in Latin American and the Caribbean

Education experts from Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) gathered in Montevideo, Uruguay on 26 and 27 November, 2015 to monitor progress and identify concrete areas for regional collaboration in achieving the literacy and adult education goals illustrated in the new Education 2030 Framework for Action adopted by UNESCO Member States this year. The meeting, organized by the Regional Bureau of Education for Latin America and the Caribbean (OREALC), focused on developing concrete initiatives that could be used in countries of the region to develop youth and adult education with a lifelong learning perspective. Visions of The Knowledge Future 2050

On 30 November 2015 the Directorate General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission published a report prepared by a group of experts entitled “The Knowledge Future: Intelligent Policy Choices for Europe 2050”.
