Appel à projets du Conseil régional Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur sur la promotion de l'égalité professionnelle
Le Conseil régional Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur vient de faire paraître un appel à projets relatif à la promotion de l'égalité professionnelle entre hommes et femmes, dans le cadre du Contrat de Plan État-Région (Années 2015 à 2020, mesure 2. Axe II).
Les objectifs prioritaires visés sont les suivants :
- Améliorer le taux d'emploi des femmes, en favorisant leur accès facilité à l'entreprenariat ou l'accès à l`emploi salarié ;
- Diminuer les inégalités salariales souvent liées aux temps partiels, aux secteurs d`activité et à la dynamique des carrières ;
- Renforcer la mixité femme/homme des emplois, pour améliorer la performance économique des entreprises, élargir les choix professionnels et apporter des solutions aux entreprises en termes de recrutement, notamment dans les métiers en tension ;
- Accompagner l`évolution des carrières, par l`accès à la formation ;
- Lutter contre les stéréotypes de genre, en développant la sensibilisation en matière d`égalité professionnelle de nos partenaires et des publics.
La date limite de cet appel à projets est fixée au 1er mars 2018
