Un diplôme en arts est un investissement rentable

Résultat de recherche d'images pour "univcan.ca"L’Initiative de recherche sur les politiques de l’éducation (IRPE), qui utilise les données fiscales des diplômés de l’Université d’Ottawa, a en effet constaté que les diplômés en sciences humaines bénéficient d’un accroissement constant de leurs revenus, qui se situent en moyenne à 40 000 $ après l’obtention du diplôme et vont jusqu’à 80 000 $ après 13 ans seulement. Social sciences must be accountable

It has 37 affiliate institutions including 32 research institutes in social sciences. It has 2,000 research staff, among which there are 700 professors and doctoral or masters degree holders. European Network for Research Evaluation in the Social Sciences and the Humanities (ENRESSH)

COST | European Cooperation in Science and TechnologyThe challenge of the Action is to enable the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) to better demonstrate their true place in academia and society. To do so, the Action proposes to bring together different strands of work consecrated to SSH research evaluation, currently under development in different parts of Europe, in order to gain momentum, to exchange best practices and results, and to avoid unnecessary duplication. Its main aims, deeply interrelated, are:

- to improve evaluation procedures in order to take into account the diversity and the wealth of SSH research;
- to make a robust case for the ways in which the SSH add value to the society;

Liberal arts degrees are a good investment
