This pad suggests reporting the activity of an international group of researchers in social sciences (anthropologists, historians, sociologists and political analysts) whose inquiries deal with the way in which, yesterday as today, the social links shape the rights of citizenship and membership for the political communities, both for the North as for the South of the Mediterranean. It establishes in particular a place of publicisation and exchanges which accompanies the project of "augmented" dictionary The membership words.
